Amy Kandravy is a Client Services Executive with 28 years’ experience in business development, financial services technology and customer relationship management (CRM). Amy spent over 23 years in various roles with Fiserv Investment Services and has played integral roles in their transformation from Security APL, CheckFree and the recent majority acquisition from Fiserv to Tegra118. In Amy’s most recent role as Vice President, Client Service Management, she was accountable for the client experience, operational health for the front / middle / back office for all accounts while leading a team of service directors and consultants. Amy has also led complex programs, shaping the clients’ experience through organization remodeling. Amy also held the roles of Vice President, National Accounts and Vice President, Asset Manager Segment. The progression in various leadership roles was attributed to her passion for a client centric culture and influenced by her tenure spent within Product Management. As Vice President, Product Management Amy was accountable for implementing tools and processes to drive new and existing products. These enhancements were delivered through her leadership in research, pricing, fees, profitability, voice of the customer, user groups, analysis and reporting. Amy started her career in financial services at State Street Research in 1991 before moving to Security APL in 1996. Every position she has held in her career has had a strong customer relations component, and she achieves the highest professional satisfaction by driving change and influencing others to create a culture of delivering excellence in client services.
Lisa Masten, who joined Cutter Associates in 2017, has 20 years of experience in the investment management industry, leading projects and designing solutions in the areas of order management, data management, market data administration, portfolio analytics, investment operations accounting, and performance measurement and attribution. Prior to joining Cutter, Lisa was a senior manager at Invesco, where she managed a global team of team leads, developers, business analysts, project managers, and consultants. She led major work streams for a transformational project that was responsible for implementing a new data transformation layer, Eagle Accounting and Performance, and expanding the legacy instance of Eagle Data Management, Performance, and Datamart. She also worked on several projects for the Charles River order management system (CRD), including implementing the integration of OMGEO CTM and security data integration with Markit EDM.
Prior to joining Invesco, Lisa held roles at McDonnell Investment Management as a business analyst and Morgan Stanley Investment Management as a programmer analyst.
Lisa holds a bachelor of arts in finance and computer science from North Central College in Illinois.
Bran Pathmanaban brings more than 15 years of financial services industry experience to his current role as a Senior Research Analyst at Cutter Associates. Bran has worked across the buy side and sell side at various firms, including Credit Suisse, Aegon Asset Management, and ABRDN. Most recently, he worked in the Wealth and Asset Management practice of KPMG,where he specialized in ESG. At KPMG, he advised investment managers on the regulatory impacts of ESG, including Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation (SFDR) and Task Force on Climate-Related Financial Disclosures (TCFD). Bran focuses on ESG trends and impacts within the wealth and asset management sector and helps clients on their ESG journeys. Bran earned a master’s degree in management from Manchester Business School and an MBA from IE Business School in Madrid, Spain.
Subramanian brings over 25 years of industry experience in investment management and technology solutions to Cutter Associates, where he heads the Public Funds practice, providing thought leadership, strategic and tactical advice to public pension funds, endowments, and sovereign wealth funds.
In addition to public funds, Shankar has significant experience with buy side asset management firms, insurance firms, across public and private markets. He brings a deep understanding of the full investment life cycle from Portfolio Management and Trading through middle and back office processes and technologies. He is a regular featured speaker at Cutter Associates member events.
Shankar previously held senior consulting roles at PriceWaterhouseCoopers and IBM. Shankar earned his B.S. from the Indian Institute of Technology and his M.B.A. from the Indian Institute of Management.
