Developing Our Business Network – Cutter recognizes the importance of supporting minority-owned and -run businesses and giving them equal opportunities in the marketplace. Cutter will assess our current suppliers and develop a supplier diversity plan that is inclusive of minority-owned and -run businesses.
Investing by Giving − Cutter recognizes the importance of taking concrete action in our communities and will support and encourage employees to volunteer for organizations to further the cause of DEI.
Creating Opportunities for the Next Generation −
Cutter recognizes that the next generation plays a critical role in ensuring DEI across the asset and wealth management industry. Cutter will work to develop opportunities for underrepresented talent who demonstrate an interest in working in research and consulting within our industry.
