Gina McCafferty has 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. She served at Cutter from 1999 to 2011 as Principal and Managing Director of CutterResearch, and she was instrumental in growing that business. Gina returned to Cutter in 2017, and established and ran the company’s Wealth Management research division. In 2019, she was appointed to Head of Research, responsible for Asset Management and Wealth Management product development and delivery to over 200 member firms around the globe. Gina was previously at Investit Ltd., where she served for six years as head of the company’s research service. Prior to that, she held senior positions at DST International with product responsibility for their global accounting and performance measurement systems, and at SunGard as Vice President of Client Services for their securities trading products.
Kathy McDermott has more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. She joined Cutter Associates in 2011 and has authored a number of Cutter Research reports on a wide range of topics. She spent ten years as a consultant for a variety of asset management firms, with a focus on business analysis for front and middle office projects. Kathy was previously the senior business analyst, equity trading systems, at Wellington Management, specializing in the firm’s proprietary electronic and basket trading applications. Earlier in her career, Kathy worked for Thomson Financial Services (now Thomson Reuters), supporting FirstCall and PORTIA clients in Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore, and Thailand, and later went on to manage PORTIA implementations. She also worked at LongView (now Linedata) as an account manager and then product manager of electronic trading. Kathy earned her bachelor of arts in mathematics from Hamilton College.

John Clark is an Executive Director at Cutter Associates and has more than 30 years of experience in the investment management industry. Formerly the CEO of Cutter, John is integral in helping to grow Cutter's research membership and consulting business in the European and US markets.. As the former head of Cutter’s Consulting division, John still actively participates in consulting projects, as a trusted client advisor for high-level planning and strategy, including setting priorities and managing capital investments. John also provides expert oversight and guidance on more complex strategy engagements. John’s experience covers all aspects of investment management. John is well known in the industry and is sought out to speak at industry conferences and events. He has also been quoted in many industry periodicals. Prior to joining Cutter Associates, John held senior roles as President and COO for several software companies, including DST Belvedere, Longview Group, and SunGard. John holds a B.A. from Tufts University.
Stacia Graham has more than 20 years of experience in investment management, bringing a deep understanding of end-to-end asset management processing and project management to her role as Managing Director at Cutter Research. Prior to Cutter, Stacia worked at Wellington Management Company LLP in Boston in various roles within compliance and operational risk, including leading and managing the global Investment Guideline Compliance team for eight years. She earned a bachelor of science in business administration from Bryant University and an MBA from Bentley University.

Laura Jesson has more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry as a project manager, business analyst, and consultant. She joined Cutter Associates in 2013. Prior to joining Cutter, Laura spent eight years at Wells Capital Management and Evergreen Investments, where she managed investment operations projects. She previously worked at Omgeo as a member of the Central Trade Manager (CTM) product design team. Laura started her career at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) as a process consultant supporting a variety of projects for clients in the financial services industry.
Laura earned her bachelor of arts in economics and psychology from Amherst College. She holds the Project Manager Professional (PMP) certification.

Angela Centeno joined Cutter Associates in 2015, bringing more than 20 years of experience in financial services. Prior to Cutter, Angela worked for The Northern Trust Company in multiple roles managing enterprise market data, investment operations outsourcing, vendor relationships, and custodian relationships. She previously held senior positions in operations management, project management, data management, and solutions implementation.
Angela earned a bachelor of science in accounting and a bachelor of science in business administration from the University of Kansas, as well as an MBA in finance from DePaul University. She is a registered CPA.

Jon Chandler brings more than ten years of experience in the financial services industry to his Director's role at Cutter Associates. Prior to joining Cutter, Jon was a senior business analyst for State Street Global Advisors (SSGA), where he was involved in a number of projects for the front and middle office, including UAT design and execution for an order management system (Fidessa IMS), the implementation of a web-based due diligence platform (FundInsight), and an enterprise solution to support blended benchmarks. Prior to his project roles, Jon was a principal in fixed income trade operations at SSGA. He has extensive experience with post-trade operations and applications, such as OASYS/CTM, PORTIA, MBSExpert, and Failstation. Jon earned a bachelor of arts in history from the University of Florida and an MBA from Northeastern University.

Benjamin Raffin is a Senior Quantitative Portfolio Manager in charge of internal systematic strategies at RPMI Railpen in London, managing quant equity, factor based portfolios. Prior to that, he was a Quantitative Portfolio Manager for BDF Gestion in Paris, also managing a factor based portfolio and leading the quantitative research. Before joining BDF Gestion, Benjamin was a Quant Analyst at the Banque De France carrying out research on the strategic allocation of the bank’s pension fund.
Benjamin holds a MSc. in Finance from the University of Paris Dauphine in France, a MSc. in Financial Engineering from the University of Bordeaux IV and a MEng. in Computer Science from the engineering school ENSEIRB-Matmeca in Bordeaux.
Chris is the Founder & CEO of MackeyRMS, a SaaS-based research management platform engineered to optimize the way investment teams generate, share, debate and act on investment research conducted for actively managed portfolios. Prior to founding Mackey, Chris spent several years as a fundamental analyst covering the TMT-sector. Frustration with research workflow inefficiencies inspired him to build a research management platform that improves individual productivity, empowers team collaboration, and returns control of research content to the investment enterprise. Today, Mackey is used by leading asset owners, traditional asset managers and alternative fund managers across the Americas, EMEA and APAC regions. Chris holds a BA from Harvard University.
Frank joined SS&C Eze in June 2019 and oversees R&D for its flagship product, Eze OMS. He leads strategic planning and execution of the OMS product roadmap, covering portfolio modelling and analytics, trading and order management, compliance, and operations. Frank came to Eze with over 25 years of financial industry experience, including five years at State Street overseeing front, middle and back-office products and building an Indicative NAV system. Prior to State Street, he served as Director of Product Management at Charles River, where he was responsible for building and launching their Alternative Trading System ‘CREX’. In addition to his experience on the buy side, Frank has also spent time on the sell side with Lava Trading as the Vice President of OMS Product Management, OMX Group, and Instinet.
Lisa Conner is the Head of North American Client Services for RIMES Technologies. Lisa’s team is responsible for facing off to all the US and Canadian clients and adhering to, or exceeding, stringent internal KPIs related to critical items driven by client demand. Her team is based in Toronto, Seattle, New York City and Boston. In prior positions, Lisa has successfully led global teams for Morgan Stanley in support of Institutional Equity and Listed Derivatives trading responsible for all the security reference data supporting MS’s trading activity including new series, corporate actions and pricing. Her global team was based in Mumbai, San Jose, London, Baltimore and New York City. She also launched the Data group for Citadel Investment Group LLC where her team supported all intraday front office and end of day back office data requirements. She is a seasoned Market Data professional having spent a collective 20 years at Bloomberg LP and Refinitiv – leading local and global teams responsible for everything from Fixed Income data collection to creating data validation programs for new desktop applications. Lisa studied at Millersville University and has attended many leadership training programs including a week-long program with the Center for Creative Leadership.
Jonathan Eadie has more than 8 years of experience in the financial services industry as a lead software developer and investment data scientist. He joined Baillie Gifford in 2012. Jonathan has lead the development of Baillie Gifford’s in-house investment research system for several years. Over the last 3 years Jonathan has moved into an investment data scientist role working in Baillie Gifford’s AI Research Investment team. Previously, Jonathan worked as a Technical Program Manager at Amazon, Technical Lead at FloSuite (Infographics UK Ltd) and a Software Developer at Audit Scotland. Jonathan earned a BSc in Computer Science from Heriot-Watt University.
