Linda Bertone brings more than 25 years of experience in relationship management, consulting services, and organizational leadership in both the asset management community and investment software industry. She joined Cutter Associates in 2011 and is responsible for relationship management and for planning and facilitating our member meetings and events. She coordinates and moderates all CutterCasts, our regular member webcasts. Prior to joining Cutter Associates, Linda spent five years as a Project and Program Manager on the Enterprise Data Management team of Pioneer Investments. She also held roles as vice president of client and professional services for Thomson Investment Software, Linedata Services, and Advent Software. Linda holds a B.S. in Mathematics from Tufts University and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
Cindy Sealey has more than 30 years of experience in the investment management industry. At Cutter Associates, she leads a CutterConsulting practice advising investment management firms on their sales & distribution, marketing, product development, consultant relations, client service, and client reporting functions. She helps firms design operating models, select systems, design client, account, and product data models, and implement systems. Prior to joining Cutter Associates, Cindy served as Vice President and Head of Operations for a division of Guggenheim Investments. She was also Head of Equities where she led a team of portfolio managers, research analysts, and traders. Cindy holds a B.B.A from Washburn University and she is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
Jeffrey Arena is a Senior Vice President of Business Analysis at Abrams Capital. He is responsible for Trading and Legal and Compliance systems, ensuring that appropriate technology solutions are in place and that daily workflow issues are addressed quickly and efficiently. Prior to joining Abrams in 2010, he spent three years as a Practice Lead with Sapient Consulting. Jeff earned his B.A. in International Relations from Tufts University.
Devin Davis joined Macquarie Investment Management (MIM) in August 2016 to oversee functions across the firm’s global investment management business, including digital marketing, marketing services and production, creative services, and campaign design and analytics. Prior to joining MIM, Devin spent six years at BlackRock, where he drove strategic marketing, digital strategy, and global campaigns for the firm’s retail fund and ETF business. His experience also includes working with JPMorgan Asset Management, Merrill Lynch, American Express, and Harte-Hanks Direct and Digital. Devin graduated from Wesley College with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Computer Science, and he holds the Charted Retirement Planning Counselor designation.
