Gina McCafferty has 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. She served at Cutter from 1999 to 2011 as Principal and Managing Director of CutterResearch, and she was instrumental in growing that business. Gina returned to Cutter in 2017, and established and ran the company’s Wealth Management research division. In 2019, she was appointed to Head of Research, responsible for Asset Management and Wealth Management product development and delivery to over 200 member firms around the globe. Gina was previously at Investit Ltd., where she served for six years as head of the company’s research service. Prior to that, she held senior positions at DST International with product responsibility for their global accounting and performance measurement systems, and at SunGard as Vice President of Client Services for their securities trading products.
Cameron Taylor has more than 15 years of experience in the financial services industry, holding positions in technology, marketing, product management, and strategy. He joined Cutter in 2018 to help develop and grow the Cutter Wealth business through delivery of research and consulting focused on the technology and operational needs of the wealth industry. Prior to his current role, Cameron led product strategy for the FIS wealth division from 2014 to 2018, and was responsible for managing products serving large wealth, trust, and custody clients. He has also held positions at BNY Mellon, Bank of America, and SEI. Cameron holds B.S. and M.S. degrees from Lehigh University, and an M.B.A. from Duke University.
Ian Sheridan is a Co-Founder and Managing Director of Vestigo Ventures. He is a powerful business driver whose entrepreneurial instincts and clarity of vision have carried multiple companies through rapid and continuous growth. Ian is widely recognized as a thought leader and catalyst for innovation in the retirement and wealth management industry.
Ian has created pioneering products and services that create competitive advantages. His smart adoption of technology – with emphasis on revenue opportunities, organizational efficiency, customer experience, and new business opportunities – has kept him on the cutting edge of wealth and retirement products and services. Ian invented the retirement industry's first mobile enrollment technology, named Invention of the Year by InformationWeek. As a venture capitalist and financial services operator, Ian focuses on finding innovative and disruptive technologies where consumer behavior, technology, and asset management intersect.
Ian currently serves on the Boards of Micronotes and LifeYield and is an active Member of the Boston Financial Leadership Council. Previously, Ian has served on a number of Advisory Boards, including Employee Benefit Research Institute (EBRI), Profit Sharing Council of America, and Empower/401k Forum. He enhanced his knowledge of Investment Decisions & Behavioral Finance through the Harvard University Executive Education Program, and earned his bachelor's degree from Ancell School of Business, Western Connecticut State University.
