Cutter Associates, LLC, the leading provider of operations and technology expertise to the investment management industry, today announced that Tom Sitter has joined the firm as Manager of Business Development and Client Relations for EMEA.
Over the last few years, Cutter Associates has seen growth in its EMEA member base and in attendance at its twice yearly CutterResearch meetings in London. Tom’s hiring demonstrates Cutter’s commitment to serving the needs of its EMEA clients. Tom has more than 13 years of experience working in relationship management and business development roles in the global investment software business, and he has spent the last 10 years based in London, serving clients across Europe.
As Tom Seeman, CEO of Cutter Associates noted, “Asset Management firms across the globe are under increasing pressures from multiple sources, both internal and external. Cross-border activity as well as changing market conditions, regulations, and client requirements are just some of the many impacts firms are now having to juggle. Tom brings a deep knowledge of these client concerns and he will be instrumental in helping our clients manage them.”
Tom joins Cutter Associates from Viteos Fund Services, where he was Business Development Manager.

Tom will lead the initiative for servicing current EMEA clients and growing new business, reporting to Tom Nichols. He will be based in the Cutter Associates London office.
