Cutter Associates, LLC, the leading provider of operations and technology expertise to the investment management industry, today announced that it is moving its headquarters to Hingham, MA in a move that sees the firm expand its footprint.
“We’ve always been based south of Boston and many of our employees live in nearby communities, so Hingham was a natural choice,” explained Patricia Flanigan, Cutter Associates’ Controller. “Being located near major highways with easy access to Boston, Amtrak and Logan Airport was also important to us. With our clients located across the world it was important to have easy travel options.”
The firm also needed additional space due to an increase in staff in support of the growing business.
“In recent years, asset management firms have expanded their investment in operations and technology to support their business, but they are being strategic about where they are spending,” noted Cutter Associates’ CEO, Tom Seeman. “This means they are looking to firms like ours to help guide them where they can make best use of their resources. Consequently, we have been adding to our staff and now to our office space.”
The new offices, located in Bare Cove Corporate Center, have recently undergone extensive exterior and interior renovations. The firm will complete the move in August 2014.
