Rockland, MA – April 14, 2020 – Cutter Associates, a leading global provider of operations and technology research and consulting to asset managers and wealth managers, today announced the hire of a new Client Experience (CX) Director, Amy Kandravy, to better serve the needs of a growing global research membership base of asset and wealth managers.
Amy Kandravy brings 28 years of financial services technology, customer relationship management and business development experience. She most recently served as Vice President, Client Service Management, at Fiserv Investment Services where she was responsible for the client experience, operational health for the front / middle / back office for all accounts while leading a team of service directors and consultants. Amy started her career in financial services at State Street Research, before moving to Security APL, and later Fiserv.
