She brings over 30 years of investment management and superannuation industry experience and deep operational expertise to her new role.
Driven by an increased demand for consulting services, Cutter has experienced average annual revenue growth of 58% in Australia over the past five years. Cutter has built a local presence in Sydney, Brisbane, and Melbourne, and is looking to increase strength within its operational sphere with additional hires in the near future.

Crabtree, an Australian native, has considerable knowledge and expertise in investment management, outsourcing, and the development of operational models that support the investment management lifecycle. She has worked for investment management firms, custodians, and consulting firms, in middle-/back-office operations, business analysis, project management, consulting, and senior management roles. She has led or been a key team member of consulting projects delivering on topics as diverse as target operating model design, OMS selection and implementation planning, market data and investment operations assessments, and outsourcing advisory.
Cutter has conducted over 30 consulting projects and provided research to over 20 locally based member firms in the region.
