Gina McCafferty has 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. She served at Cutter from 1999 to 2011 as Principal and Managing Director of CutterResearch, and she was instrumental in growing that business. Gina returned to Cutter in 2017, and established and ran the company’s Wealth Management research division. In 2019, she was appointed to Head of Research, responsible for Asset Management and Wealth Management product development and delivery to over 200 member firms around the globe. Gina was previously at Investit Ltd., where she served for six years as head of the company’s research service. Prior to that, she held senior positions at DST International with product responsibility for their global accounting and performance measurement systems, and at SunGard as Vice President of Client Services for their securities trading products.
Cameron Taylor has more than 15 years of experience in the financial services industry, holding positions in technology, marketing, product management, and strategy. He joined Cutter in 2018 to help develop and grow the Cutter Wealth business through delivery of research and consulting focused on the technology and operational needs of the wealth industry. Prior to his current role, Cameron led product strategy for the FIS wealth division from 2014 to 2018, and was responsible for managing products serving large wealth, trust, and custody clients. He has also held positions at BNY Mellon, Bank of America, and SEI. Cameron holds B.S. and M.S. degrees from Lehigh University, and an M.B.A. from Duke University.
Mojgan Nowain has 28 years of experience developing information technology strategies and solutions in the financial services industry. Mojgan has held multiple roles at Capital Group, managing and supporting front office to back office technologies and capabilities. In her current role as Vice President of Information Technology for Private Client Services, she is responsible for technology strategy and solution delivery for a business that manages US$24 billion in assets for high-net-worth families and individuals. Before joining Capital Group, Mojgan built her own consulting practice advising top-tier global asset and wealth management firms on technology strategies, implementations, and end-to-end investment operations. After graduating from the UCLA School of Engineering, Mojgan began her career at a software startup named Integrated Decision Systems that developed portfolio accounting, performance, trading, and other investment solutions that are now managed by Fiserv. In leadership positions at Integrated Decision Systems, she managed software design and implementation, expanded the firm’s business operating model, and built the client services and product management organizations.
