Lisa Masten
Consulting Principal – Data and Analytics
Lisa Masten has more than 20 years of experience in the investment management industry, leading projects and designing solutions in the areas of performance and attribution, data management, market data administration, portfolio analytics, and investment accounting. Lisa leads Cutter Associates’ Data and Performance practice, where she advises and designs operating models, selects systems, and implements business and technology solutions. She also organizes the Implementation practice for Cutter, including leading development of its adaptable delivery framework and project toolkit.
Prior to joining Cutter, Lisa was a Senior Manager at Invesco, where she managed a global team responsible for designing and implementing data, performance, and accounting solutions. She has held roles implementing and supporting processes and technology across the front, middle and back office at multiple asset management firms. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Arts in finance and computer science from North Central College in Illinois.
Natalie McIntyre
Head of Consulting
Natalie McIntyre, Head of Consulting at Cutter Associates, brings extensive asset and wealth management background experience, along with technology expertise, to Cutter’s team. During her career, she has been at the forefront of leveraging data, technology, and AI to drive next-generation investment management across the value chain.
Prior to joining Cutter in January 2025, Natalie was the Head of Technology Consulting, formerly Axxsys Consulting, and a partner at Alpha FMC AWM North America, where she served as a senior advisor to asset and wealth managers, delivering end-to-end solutions spanning business strategy, transformation, technology design, and implementation. She advised clients on their strategic technology direction, data governance practices, trading platforms and practices, portfolio management tools, and operational organization, as well as data management architecture, tools, and practices. Natalie holds a Bachelor of Science in business and economics, with a pre-law concentration, from Skidmore College.
Mike Barrameda
Chief Architect, Ridgeline
Mike Barrameda is a technology leader with deep expertise in enterprise software and cloud architecture. As Chief Architect at Ridgeline, he has been integral to building the company’s cloud-native investment management platform since its inception. His experience spans large-scale systems design, data governance, and scalable architecture, developed through prior roles at Workday and JPMorgan Chase. At Ridgeline, he continues to shape the firm’s technical vision, driving innovation and operational excellence across its platform.
Chris Ruby

Chris Ruby is a sales leader with international experience bridging finance, technology and data by helping asset managers and hedge funds adopt complex analytical solutions. Previously working with firms such as FactSet and Axioma, he currently focuses on expanding Ridgeline's footprint across core markets, helping institutions adopt modern, cloud based technology to transform their operations.
Ali Stewart, CFA
VP of Product Strategy, Ridgeline
Alison Stewart, CFA, is a product strategy leader with deep expertise in portfolio analytics and investment technology. As Vice President of Product Strategy at Ridgeline, she helps investment firms modernize front-to-back operations and unlock the full potential of their data and streamline operations. Ali brings two decades of experience shaping analytics and reporting solutions for asset and wealth managers. Prior to Ridgeline, she spent 15 years at FactSet in a variety of roles across sales, product, and strategy, and served as Senior Vice President and product owner at Enfusion. Throughout her career, she’s focused on empowering investment teams with modern, data-driven solutions that enhance insights and operational efficiency.
