Angela Centeno joined Cutter Associates in 2015, bringing more than 20 years of experience in financial services. Prior to Cutter, Angela worked for The Northern Trust Company in multiple roles managing enterprise market data, investment operations outsourcing, vendor relationships, and custodian relationships. She previously held senior positions in operations management, project management, data management, and solutions implementation.
Angela earned a bachelor of science in accounting and a bachelor of science in business administration from the University of Kansas, as well as an MBA in finance from DePaul University. She is a registered CPA.

Jon Chandler brings more than ten years of experience in the financial services industry to his Director's role at Cutter Associates. Prior to joining Cutter, Jon was a senior business analyst for State Street Global Advisors (SSGA), where he was involved in a number of projects for the front and middle office, including UAT design and execution for an order management system (Fidessa IMS), the implementation of a web-based due diligence platform (FundInsight), and an enterprise solution to support blended benchmarks. Prior to his project roles, Jon was a principal in fixed income trade operations at SSGA. He has extensive experience with post-trade operations and applications, such as OASYS/CTM, PORTIA, MBSExpert, and Failstation. Jon earned a bachelor of arts in history from the University of Florida and an MBA from Northeastern University.

Howard Corey, who has more than 15 years of financial services industry experience, joined Cutter Associates in 2021 as a Senior Research Analyst. Howard’s broad experience in both wealth and asset management includes client services, portfolio operations, multi-asset class trade execution, and client performance reporting.
Before joining Cutter, Howard was a Wealth Advisor with Shorepoint Capital Partners. His prior roles include Chief Operating Officer at One Charles Private Wealth, an SEC Registered Investment Adviser, and Principal at Partners Capital Investment Group, where he managed the US Client Services Team and was responsible for multi-asset class trading and client reporting for both private and institutional clients.
Howard earned a bachelor of arts in economics from Roanoke College and an MBA from Vanderbilt University’s Owen Graduate School of Management.
Stacia Graham has more than 20 years of experience in investment management, bringing a deep understanding of end-to-end asset management processing and project management to her role as Managing Director at Cutter Research. Prior to Cutter, Stacia worked at Wellington Management Company LLP in Boston in various roles within compliance and operational risk, including leading and managing the global Investment Guideline Compliance team for eight years. Dru Holmquist has over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. He has developed expertise across asset management distribution, investment management, and wealth management technology and operations. Dru is a successful senior leader with a deep track record of collaboration initiation, strategy design, team building, program management and process innovation. He has conducted strategy programs for CRM, client mastering, data architecture, client reporting, client onboarding, trading, research, and portfolio management capabilities. His knowledge spans the equities, fixed income, municipals, commodities, private debt, private equity, real estate, farmland, agri-business, and timber management sectors, as well as the following vehicle types: Mutual Funds, Closed-end Funds, ETFs, UCITs, UITs, Institutional Separate Accounts, SMAs (traditional, dual contract and models), LPs, 529 Plans and REITs.
Prior to joining Cutter Associates, Dru served as Managing Director of Technology for Nuveen Advisory Services, the business organization responsible for delivering the investment and asset management expertise of Nuveen. Dru was responsible for all business applications and technology that supported the Sales, Client Service, Marketing, Product and Fund Administration business teams. He oversaw the deployment of Salesforce as a CRM application, that unified multiple investment manager affiliates by redesigning the lead generation process, sales pipeline stages, sales reporting, distribution analytics, marketing analytics, and client engagement model. In addition, Dru implemented a product and account master, and initiated the business case to begin a client master effort. He was the technology leader that owned the business transformation efforts for the advisory services organization.
Laura Jesson has more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry as a project manager, business analyst, and consultant. She joined Cutter Associates in 2013. Prior to joining Cutter, Laura spent eight years at Wells Capital Management and Evergreen Investments, where she managed investment operations projects. She previously worked at Omgeo as a member of the Central Trade Manager (CTM) product design team. Laura started her career at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) as a process consultant supporting a variety of projects for clients in the financial services industry.
Laura earned her bachelor of arts in economics and psychology from Amherst College. She holds the Project Manager Professional (PMP) certification.

Onawa Promise Lacewell has a research focus on the impact of disruptive technologies on the financial services sector and on the client-facing technology that wealth managers use to support the digital experience of UHNW and HNW end clients. Specifically, she is interested in how wealth managers use digital portals and mobile apps to support the client experience of UHNW and HNW end clients. Onawa holds a PhD from the University of Missouri.

Gina McCafferty has 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. She served at Cutter from 1999 to 2011 as Principal and Managing Director of CutterResearch, and she was instrumental in growing that business. Gina returned to Cutter in 2017, and established and ran the company’s Wealth Management research division. In 2019, she was appointed to Head of Research, responsible for Asset Management and Wealth Management product development and delivery to over 200 member firms around the globe. Gina was previously at Investit Ltd., where she served for six years as head of the company’s research service. Prior to that, she held senior positions at DST International with product responsibility for their global accounting and performance measurement systems, and at SunGard as Vice President of Client Services for their securities trading products.
Kathy McDermott has more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. She joined Cutter Associates in 2011 and has authored a number of Cutter Research reports on a wide range of topics. She spent ten years as a consultant for a variety of asset management firms, with a focus on business analysis for front and middle office projects. Kathy was previously the senior business analyst, equity trading systems, at Wellington Management, specializing in the firm’s proprietary electronic and basket trading applications. Earlier in her career, Kathy worked for Thomson Financial Services (now Thomson Reuters), supporting FirstCall and PORTIA clients in Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore, and Thailand, and later went on to manage PORTIA implementations. She also worked at LongView (now Linedata) as an account manager and then product manager of electronic trading. Kathy earned her bachelor of arts in mathematics from Hamilton College.

Bran Pathmanaban brings more than 15 years of financial services industry experience to his current role as a Senior Research Analyst at Cutter Associates. Bran has worked across the buy side and sell side at various firms, including Credit Suisse, Aegon Asset Management, and ABRDN. Most recently, he worked in the Wealth and Asset Management practice of KPMG,where he specialized in ESG. At KPMG, he advised investment managers on the regulatory impacts of ESG, including Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation (SFDR) and Task Force on Climate-Related Financial Disclosures (TCFD). Bran focuses on ESG trends and impacts within the wealth and asset management sector and helps clients on their ESG journeys. Bran earned a master’s degree in management from Manchester Business School and an MBA from IE Business School in Madrid, Spain.
Anna Schneider researches and analyzes market data, conceptualizes and writes research reports, and presents research to relevant networks in international settings. Anna is focused on researching the Asian wealth management landscape. She is especially focused on the China’s financial services sector, including how it is impacted by disruptive technological, economic, legal, and regulatory developments, and the related implications for wealth management industries worldwide. Anna holds a double master’s degree in Chinese-European economic and business studies from the Southwestern University of Finance and Economics in Chengdu, China, and the Berlin School of Economics and Law in Germany. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in Asian studies and management from the University of Applied Sciences in Constance, Germany. Anna is fluent in English and holds an Advanced Certificate HSK 6 in Chinese. Her native language is German.

Cindy Castellano is the CEO of Cutter Associates and has over 30 years of experience in the investment management industry. She formerly led Cutter Associates’ Client-Facing and Wealth practices, advising asset and wealth management firms on their sales and distribution, marketing, product development, consultant relations, client service, and client reporting. Cindy has conducted system searches for CRM, marketing automation, portals, pitchbooks/client presentation, content management, client reporting, client onboarding, and RFP systems. Prior to joining Cutter, Cindy served as Vice President and Head of Operations for a division of Guggenheim Investments, where she led mutual fund accounting and administration; institutional accounting, billing, and client reporting; SMA operations, performance reporting (GIPS); and fixed income performance, attribution, and risk reporting. As Vice President and Head of Equities, Cindy led the firm’s investment team and supervised equity trading activities.
Cindy also spent 10 years as a Senior Portfolio Manager and Research Analyst, managing over USD 500 million in AUM for mutual funds and VITs using social awareness (ESG), large cap growth, and mid-cap growth investment strategies. She developed the investment process, directed research analysts’ day-to-day efforts, and created the firm’s social criteria and proxy voting guidelines. Cindy, a Chartered Financial Analyst, holds a bachelor’s of business administration from Washburn University.
Neil Sheehan brings more than eight years of experience in the financial services industry prior to his research and consulting role at Cutter Associates. Neil has been involved in several system selection projects while at Cutter. His experience includes supporting the documentation of requirements, building and managing the RFP processes, and completing due diligence calls. Prior to joining Cutter in 2021, Neil was an analyst in the wealth management group at Celent, a division of Oliver Wyman. At Celent, he contributed to the wealth management team’s global research agenda, supporting advisory relationships with clients and completing and delivering on consulting engagements.
Prior to Celent, Neil was a business analyst in fintech product development at Brown Brothers Harriman, where he was responsible for business analysis and management of client-driven projects, research to support key business initiatives, and maintenance and implementation of products and solutions. Prior to that role, Neil served as a supervisor within the Investor Services Group at Brown Brothers Harriman.
Neil earned his bachelor’s degree in finance, with a minor in economics, from Providence College.
Mary Storrs has more than 35 years of experience in the investment management industry. She has been with Cutter Associates for more than 20 years, first as a consultant focusing on front-office projects and then with Cutter Research since its inception. Mary has authored Cutter Research reports on many topics, including trading, portfolio management, transaction cost analysis, investment research management, and market data systems. She led the Research and Benchmarking division for eight years, overseeing all content development and helping members understand their capabilities compared with industry peers and best practices. Since 2019 she has been responsible for spearheading firm-wide management and delivery programs. Mary holds a BS from Boston College and an MBA from Babson College.
Matt oversees asset management sales and business development for SS&C Eze in the U.S. and Canada. Matt has been advising and consulting asset managers on investment management technology solutions for nearly 15 years. He joined Eze in 2007 and has held numerous leadership positions across client service and sales including head of client service for the U.S. east coast and eastern Canada where he was responsible for solution design, implementation, consulting, training, and support for hundreds of asset managers and hedge funds.
Ms. Butze is Director of Market Data Services and Corporate Procurement in the Investment Services and Operations group. She manages the teams responsible for Putnam's market data services, overall Market Data Budget, and Third-Party Management platform. These teams collaborate with business lines and Legal to negotiate strategic sourcing initiatives for the firm. In addition, Ms. Butze is a member of Putnam's Corporate Sustainability Committee. Previously at Putnam, she served as a Senior Manager, Market Data Administration, and a Procurement and Contract Specialist. Ms. Butze has been in the investment industry since she joined Putnam in 2002.
As Executive Vice President of Client Experience, Matt Caulfield oversees all aspects of client engagement, including business development, marketing, solutions, and relationship management. Matt brings over 30 years of experience in strategic sales and relationship management within the asset management and asset servicing business.
Prior to joining Archer, Matt led teams focused on the investment manager market for J.P. Morgan’s Corporate & Investment Bank, BNY Mellon Asset Servicing, and PNC Global Investment Servicing (formerly PFPC). In these roles, he was responsible for promoting middle and back-office solutions in multiple segments of the market.
Matt joined Archer in 2014 to help the firm expand its footprint within the industry through strategic sales and relationship management. His consultative approach to creating solutions enables Archer’s clients to quickly launch products, expand distribution and increase efficiency. Under Matt’s leadership, the team has built and maintained long-standing partnerships with its clients.
A thought leader at the forefront of the industry, Matt is frequently quoted in the news media and regularly blogs on Archer’s website. He is actively involved with the Money Management Institute.
Matt received a B.S. in Finance from Manhattan College and earned an MBA at Villanova University.
Adam De Rose, Director, Product Management, joined SS&C Eze in 2014 and leads Eze’s Fixed Income strategy. Adam has also held the roles of EMEA Head of Sales Engineering and Product Manager for MiFID II, where he coordinated Eze’s response to the regulation across the product suite. Before joining SS&C Eze, Adam worked at TradingScreen on U.K. Hedge Fund EMS sales from 2012 to 2014. Prior to making the transition to the software industry, Adam spent 5 years on the buy-side at Goldman Sachs Asset Management and Javelin Capital, in roles spanning from Portfolio Construction to Equities Trading.
Jon spent his 20-year US Navy career leading troops on combat missions in Afghanistan, Iraq, and other international hotspots for the United States’ most elite special mission units. He served in tactical leadership roles at US Navy SEAL Teams Three, Ten, Four, and SEAL Delivery Vehicle Team Two prior to becoming a Troop Commander at Joint Special Operations Command’s Naval Special Warfare Development Group. In addition to his wide range of military skills training, Jon earned his first Master’s Degree in Defense Analysis from Naval Postgraduate School. Shortly after retiring from the military, Jon earned an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University. He also has studied leadership in the public sector through executive education programs at both Harvard University and the University of Oxford.
From 2015 to 2018, Jon worked as the Business Manager for the Global Trading Team at Wellington Management in Boston. From 2018 to present, Jon has returned his focus to Patriot Leadership Development, which he founded in 2010. Today, Jon routinely works with the leadership teams of Fortune 500 companies, sharing his combat leadership experiences.
Chandresh Iyer's experience includes a combination of financial services, data, and technology expertise along with a proven track record of scaling and commercializing innovation at an enterprise level. Chandresh works with a dedicated team of product managers, developers, and operations teams focused on new offerings.
Prior to joining Clearwater, Chandresh was the CEO of BNY Mellon’s Alternative Investment Services and Structured Products business, where he was responsible for the strategy and execution of initiatives in the alternative investments and ETF segments.
Monica Kleve serves as Vice President, Investment Operations. Her team includes Securities Operations, Reporting, Performance Measurement and Technology for trading, research, settlement, reporting, mutual fund and insurance accounting functions, and mutual fund operations. She reports into to the Chief Investment Officer. She has been in Investment’s technology since 2001. Monica led the transformation of her group into working with Agile practices.
Monica has been in roles supporting business integration of technology since 1991. Monica started out her career as a programmer (mainframe and object-oriented) and has held management positions since 1995. She was the Assistant Vice President of Web Strategy prior to her role in Investments.
In 2009, Monica earned the Six Sigma Green Belt designation for leading an effort to improve meeting effectiveness at Thrivent Financial a corporate wide culture change initiative with minimal budget.
Monica has a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from Valparaiso University in Indiana, with a minor in Computer Science.
Monica has volunteered with the Thrivent Builds/Habitat for Humanity, House of Charity, Metro Paint-A-Thon, Fairview Southdale Hospital, and Peter Hobart Elementary.

Eric Lapham is Clearwater’s Senior Vice President of Investment Management. In this role, Eric leads the company’s business development strategy for the growing investment management market.
Eric joined Clearwater from State Street Bank where he was Managing Director of global strategic accounts for CRD and Global Head of Sales for State Street Global Exchange (SSGX). Eric has over 30+ years of experience in fintech and software and services sales, including over 20 years in the buy-side financial services industry with CRD, SSGX, and BISAM. At BISAM he ran sales and helped the firm quadruple its revenue during his four-year tenure before its sale to Factset in March 2017.
Based in the Boston area, Eric received his B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from the US Air Force Academy and the University of Maine and his MBA with a concentration in Finance and Entrepreneurship from the FW Olin School of Business at Babson College.
Marc Mallett is the Global Head of Whole Office Strategy at Northern Trust, where he is responsible for business strategy, corporate development and solutions consulting. He joined Northern Trust in 2010 as the Global Head of Client Conversions for Northern Trust’s middle office outsourcing product.
Prior to joining Northern Trust, Marc spent 15 years in numerous leadership positions for investment management, technology and consulting companies. Among these, he was Vice President of Technology at Fidelity Investments where he was responsible for developing and executing technology strategy for their equity portfolio managers and research analysts. Most recently Marc led sales and product management for SimCorp in North America.
David Lochiatto rejoined Eaton Vance Management in February 2007, bringing more than 20 years of experience in financial services, mainly within technology and operations. Formerly a Project Manager at Wellington Management Company where he was responsible for managing business and IT projects. He previously held senior positions in investment operations, project management and relationship management.
Dave earned a bachelor of science in finance from Bentley University.
Mark McKeon is Global Head of our Front to Back Solutions, Middle Office and International Product at BNY Mellon for our Asset Servicing and Digital business. He is also a member of the International Management team.
As Head of Front to Back solutions, Mark is responsible for the open architecture strategy which brings together our solutions, services and integrations with fintech’s to deliver a seamless operating model to our clients across front, middle and back office.
As Head of International Products, Mark is responsible for delivering client centric solutions to accelerate growth across our global product capabilities.

Mark earned a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics and a Graduate Certificate in Financial Mathematics from Dublin City University.
Gary is the Head of Global Strategic Solutions. His primary focus is on managing Global Strategic Solutions new business opportunities and prospective clients through to onboarding. Gary joined Northern Trust in May 2016 with the acquisition of Aviate Global where he was a co-founder and responsible for its product offering.
Gary has Law Degree from Victoria University and a degree in Social and Political Science from Cambridge University. Prior to founding Aviate Global in 2007, Gary worked at Merrill Lynch in London in European Sales.
Gary is a registered representative with the FCA and FINRA and holds his Series 17 and 63 licenses.
Cameron Sheehan is currently the Senior Sales Executive at Addepar. Most recently, Cameron served as a Practice Management Consultant at Envestnet, where he consulted with thousands of RIAs about incorporating technology into their trading, reporting, CRM and business management operations. Prior to that, Cameron directed operations for a rapidly growing multi-billion dollar RIA in the Seattle area where he facilitated growth from a single office to a multi-state firm organization.
Ethan Shen is a Managing Partner at Crizit, a technology specialist in Market Data Management and Analytics. He is head of product development and research, with over a decade of experience delivering monitoring, optimization, and data distribution solutions to Tier 1 Asset Management firms. Prior to co-founding Crizit, Ethan served as a vendor systems analyst and Bloomberg data specialist at consultancies based in New York, London and Vienna. Ethan is based in New York City, earned his Masters in Information Science from U of Washington, but will always be a Texas Longhorn at heart.
Mr. Scott Turley joined the fast-growing Broadridge Asset Management Solutions division in November 2019 upon the acquisition of ClearStructure Financial Technology. Mr. Turley serves as the Vice President of Product Evolution, focusing on expanding the SaaS technology that powers more than 550 traditional asset managers, hedge funds, fund administrators, private debt, and CLO managers with a complete front-to-back, multi-asset class solution. Scott has over 30 years of expertise in the securities industry. After founding ClearStructure in 2004, he oversaw all aspects of the business, especially the development of the product suite. Before starting ClearStructure, Scott was a partner and managing director of a Connecticut–based asset manager. He got his start in financial services as a systems manager and research analyst at Frank Russell Company.
Jai Vaidya is a Product Manager at SS&C Eze and is responsible for managing the EMS-OMS integrated product offering including trading, compliance, and stock loan. After joining Eze in 2016 as a Software Engineer in Test, Jai moved to Product Management to focus on expanding workflow capabilities for SS&C Eze’s EMS-OMS front-office integration. Jai is a graduate of Bowdoin College where he earned a B.A. in Mathematics and Economics.
Dillon Zarpentine is the Head of Sales Enablement at Clearwater Analytics, focused on training and enabling the business development and solutions teams. Dillon joined Clearwater in 2013 and has spent his time working closely with Clearwater’s clients to implement operational best practices and improve their investment reporting processes.
In his free time, Dillon enjoys running, traveling, and reading. Dillon holds a BBA in finance from Boise State University.
