In this CutterCast, we share insights on different operating model approaches and consider the bundled/all-in-one and specialist/best-of-breed solutions that firms are leveraging to meet a variety of needs across the value chain. We also discuss the role of service providers and share insights on the implementation journey, including key challenges such as data sources, automating workflows, valuation, and incorporating ESG.
