How it works
Once a year, CutterBenchmarking members vote for topics they see as priorities for the upcoming year. From these topics, four detailed questionnaires are completed annually by our members. Our experts collate and score responses according to an evaluation scorecard, developed with the assistance of the ten member firm Advisory Board.
What do Members receive?
- Four annual detailed reports containing the benchmark results
- Detailed analysis and commentary, providing insight into the survey results
- Specific recommendations focusing on improving operational effectiveness and efficiency
- Summaries providing key survey findings for senior management
- Anonymized detailed responses submitted by each member and a copy of the Evaluation Scorecard
- Personalized conference calls and meetings with subject matter experts to discuss results and identify ways to improve operational performance
