Business Development Professional

Cutter Associates is looking to hire a Business Development Professional to join its sales team and to sell the full suite of Cutter Associate’s research, benchmarking and consulting services to the investment management industry. The position is located at the company’s offices in Rockland, MA and will require some travel.

Key responsibilities of the position include the following:

Sell Cutter’s Research to asset managers, hedge funds, public pension funds and vendors
Sell Benchmarking services to asset managers
Identify consulting leads and work with CutterConsulting staff on proposals and presentations

A successful candidate will have the following:

Required minimum of 10 years experience working in the financial technology industry with a proven record selling to investment managers
Required solid understanding of investment systems and operations
Strong prospecting and networking skills
Consultative sales skills
Relationship management skills
Strong writing skills
Solid listening and organizational skills
Integrity, energy, and enthusiasm
Willingness to travel
